We closely monitor our courier service and make sure that all orders are delivered on time. However, we do not exclude situations where unforeseen circumstances may occur and the courier may be delayed for certain reasons for your order. In this case, we solve the issue on an individual basis: if it is possible to change the time, we deliver the order later. If your event has already started and there is no way to receive an order or it does not make sense, then we will cancel the order and fully compensate you for the cost of this order.
