What information do I need to provide to order balloons?

The more of this you write at once, the fewer messages it takes to confirm. Product and colours — a link or a screenshot is ideal. Date and preferred window. Full address: community, tower or villa, floor and flat, plus the gate code, security desk or loading bay if there is one. Recipient name and a phone number that will be answered.

Then the details that shape the delivery itself. Say whether it is a surprise, so we know whom to call. Give the text for the greeting card exactly as it should be printed, including the language. Mention parking or access limits at the venue. And tell the operator which payment method you would prefer, so the details are sent in the first reply instead of the third.

Open the product page, add it to the cart or tap “Buy in one click”, enter the address and time, then send the order. An operator confirms stock and payment before we inflate anything.

How do I place an order from another country?

You can order from any country: website, Instagram @bemyballoon or WhatsApp +971 58-531-1583. We need the UAE address, a working local phone for the recipient, and a payment that reaches us from abroad.

Is it possible to track my order in real time?

There is no public tracking map for balloon deliveries. Write to the operator at any point and you will get the real status — being prepared, on the way, or arriving — and the courier calls before he reaches the door.

How can I find out that the order has been delivered?

The courier reports the handover to the payer by WhatsApp or a short call. Ask us in advance and he will also send a photo, which is the usual proof for a surprise ordered from another country.

Can I order delivery to another city?

Yes, anywhere in the UAE. Besides Dubai we drive to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Helium sets cannot be sent abroad, so we work only inside the country.

Can I order a delivery if I don't know the recipient's address?

Yes, as long as somebody on site can be reached. Leave a working phone number for the recipient or a person next to them, and the courier agrees the exact point on arrival — a hotel lobby, a beach club or a marina berth.

Is it possible to change the composition of the order after its confirmation?

Yes, if the balloons are not inflated yet — colours, sizes and extras are easy to change. Once the set is on the inflation table we can only swap what is still unused, and printed personalisation cannot be reversed.

How do I change the delivery date or time after placing an order?

Message the operator with the order number and the new date or window. Before preparation it is a simple edit. After inflation the helium is already in the balloons, so a long postponement may mean rebuilding part of the set.

How much do I need to place an order in advance?

Small sets can be ordered the same day — in Dubai the minimum is 1–2 hours from confirmation. Arches, custom printing and on-site installations need at least a day. Book Friday evenings and National Day well ahead.

What is the minimum delivery time after placing an order?

In Dubai the shortest gap between confirmation and handover is 1–2 hours, provided the items are in stock and a courier is free. Printing, HiFloat drying, very large orders and distant emirates take longer.

What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?

Free delivery in Dubai starts from AED 10,000 of goods in a single order — the level of a large event or a corporate installation. Below that the fee is charged by zone and is not the same thing as the minimum order.

Are there any restrictions on the minimum order amount?

Yes. We accept delivery orders from AED 300 of goods in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and from AED 500 in the other emirates. The delivery fee is added to that amount and does not count towards it.

Can I pick up the order myself?

Yes. Orders can be collected from Maliya Warehouse, 75 24B Street, Al Quoz Industrial 2, Dubai, at a time agreed in advance. Book the slot on +971 58-531-1583 and bring a car the set will actually fit into.

What kind of balloons can I order at hotels? Are there any restrictions?

Almost anything: room decoration, bouquets, numbers, romantic sets and ballroom installations. Give us the hotel name and room, and we work with the restrictions each property has — service entrance, security, no fixing to fire systems.

Do you sell inflated balloons?

We sell both. Inflated sets are prepared with helium or air, ribbons and weights ready for handover, and the same balloons can be bought flat in sealed packs if you prefer to decorate yourself.

What kind of balloon gift packages do you have?

Gift formats include wrapped balloon bouquets, surprise boxes that release balloons when opened, balloon-in-balloon designs with a gift inside, and sets combining balloons with flowers, cakes or sweets.
